What was challenging on this project?
We had some gear compatibility issues right out of the gate—the DP was using a Blackmagic camera that only accepted proprietary timecode sync. On top of that, we were on a football field with four cameras running, which pushed my wireless range to the absolute limit.
What was unique/interesting about the project?
It was cool hearing the coach talk about his days playing at BHSU and then coming back to coach later in life. Honestly, getting to listen to people tell their stories is the best part of this gig.
